Mid-century Modern Remodel near Pisgah & Asheville

A very nice place, but the owners need place more attention on the cleanliness Positive: The location, size of the home, a very nice kitchen, and seating for family. The home is easy to get to and very close to shopping and groceries. Negative: The kitchen was not as clean as I would expect. The dining table had not been cleaned, the dishwasher was overfilled and had not run, there was trash at the bottom of the cabinet were the trash cans are, utensils and bowls were not organized and in drawers all over the kitchen area. The back porch is missing a screen door, and leaves had not been cleaned out of the area. The hot tun cover was half off and I had to add water. The closet in the utility room had plenty of extra towels, sheets, etc, but was not organized. The couch stains were disgusting.

Mostly great home Positive: Spacious, light-filled, convenient location. Negative: Very few bedside lamps, microwave so high up we had to use a step stool. Not enough glassware for a group. Zero check- in instructions on the day of our arrival, so we couldn't get in.

Great property, great host.

The house was lovely. Everyone,4 of us, had their own room. Living room was comfortable. Kitchen was beautiful. The problem was the fruit flies. They were everywhere...in the kitchen...in the drawers, the freezer and the frig. There was a bug catcher plugged in that was covered in flies, so this was not a new problem.

Nice place with all the amenities we could possibly need.
