Secluded Cabin with Quality Furnishing + Hot Tub

Very cozy and comfy!! We had a restful and peaceful time. We brought our groceries and supplies which I would recommend. The hot tub was fantastic and kitchen is well stocked for cooking. A for communication! It does feel very secluded and private.

Though there were a couple issues beyond anyone’s control, the house was perfectly located for our visit.

Visited area for family event; 1st time in log cabin. Location- Beautiful! Ride up to cabin- charming! Arrive in daylight to learn path to cabin; can be tricky & dangerous at night. Bring good flashlight!Cabin size, layout, comfort - very accommodating for large family. I had 9 people and a service animal. Plenty of room to spread out; lots of privacy. It's cozy, relaxing, and a special perk - a TV available on upper and lower living area so the twin brothers could kick back and watch whatever they wanted to ;-) Great place to read, meditate, write, or spend time with loved ones. Visited in May - Cooler in basement, but I like it like that. Furnishings - very nice :) Mattresses ok; King-sized ones are ready for an upgrade. Couch & chairs - super cozy.Wifi- Worked great! (NO CELL SERVICE once turning off of Leicester Hwy - write down everything!)Beware of BIRDZILLA looking a mate in early AM if you are walking a dog; Even the dog thought it was a HUGE turkey! LOL!Suggestions: Lower stairway needs treads (sliding/locking gates at stairway tops/bottoms?)Home needs a "thorough" dusting & vacuuming, especially in & under kitchen cabinets; Seal cracks in flooring to avoid permanently trapping dirt; Air purifiers; replace washing machine; spray for insects- inside & on lawn. Fire pit area - cut it back & clean it up; spray.Communication: Excellent! Ad: VRBO says all fees incl. but deposit isn't incl.Overall, loved the experience. Thank you for the beautiful orange rose!
