The Perfect Family Mountain Getaway: Peaceful Views & Luxurious Tranquility Positive: We recently stayed at this beautiful mountaintop home and it truly exceeded our expectations. As a family with two kids (ages 10 and 12), we were looking for a peaceful yet luxurious retreat — and this home fit the bill perfectly. From the moment we arrived, the panoramic views took our breath away. The house is a newer build (2023), and it shows — everything from the furniture to the interiors is modern, tasteful, and thoughtfully designed. At first, we wondered if it might be a bit pricey, but once we settled in, it became clear that it offered far more value than a hotel ever could. The space, the privacy, the comfort — it was worth every penny. Our kids absolutely loved exploring the house, especially the fun lofts they could climb up and down. Mornings were magical — misty, serene, and perfect for a refreshing walk right outside the door. The amenities were top-notch, and the rule book was clear and helpful. A special shoutout to the property management company: they were incredibly responsive and kind. We had a few questions about local things to do, and they even helped us find a great birthday cake for my wife’s celebration — a thoughtful touch that made our stay even more memorable. Overall, this was a truly special place to stay — peaceful, convenient, and ideal for making family memories. We would love to return someday. Highly recommend! Negative: Helpful Tips for Future Guests: The drive up to the house is along a winding mountain road. While the navigation is accurate and reliable, it’s a good idea to make sure your vehicle’s tires are in great shape with good tread — especially if you’re visiting during rainy weather or planning a longer road trip. We had just replaced ours, and that worked out well. If you're traveling with kids or arriving in the evening (as many do), we recommend picking up basic groceries like milk, bread, and snacks before reaching the house. The nearest grocery store is about 7–8 miles away, so it’s nice to have essentials on hand for your first night and morning. Honestly, there was nothing we didn’t like — it was a truly special place to stay

Positive: My husband and I enjoy delightful stay in this cozy mountain home. The views from the first and second floors are breathtaking. We cooked in a well-furnished kitchen and enjoyed being serenaded by nature all weekend. Negative: We enjoyed everything about our stay.
