The cottage is set on a quiet, neighborhood street above Riverside Drive. Woodfin is a small residential town desired locally for its easy access to many areas of Asheville. It is a 5-10 minute drive to downtown, River Arts, West Asheville, and several breweries. Outdoor activities are anywhere between 5-30 minutes away from the cottage.
Guest Access
You are able to access the entire house except for a locked storage closet. There is free off-street parking in the shared driveway for up to 4 vehicles. Arrangements can be made for safe parking of your large vehicle or trailer on the property. You will get a code to enter the home via a keyless lock system.
