We stayed in Zinnia room for 1 night while passing thru Maggie Valley. This room is in the back, upstairs with a nice creek running beside the hotel. There is no elevator so if mobility is a concern be sure to book a first floor room on the front. We enjoyed sitting out on the porch listening to the creek. We happened to be there during a motorcycle festival so road noise was louder than normal. Overall, The Dogwood is a very cute and well renovated hotel.
